Sarah Wille
VP of Human Resources
Sarah joined Impel in 2019 and serves as Vice President of Human Resources. She is a business-focused, results oriented leader with over 15 years of experience who invests in implementing successful HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. Sarah has also focused on systems work, compensation and benefits design and management, as well as leadership and organizational development. She previously served as Director of Human Resources at Loft9 Consulting. Prior appointments include Alder Biopharmaceuticals and Seattle Biomedical Research Institute.
Sarah holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington and has SPHR and SHRM SCP Human Resource certifications.
